We cannot ignore the fact that democratic elections constitute a crucial starting point. However, we observe that democratic elections are exploited almost everywhere, albeit with varying intensity and scope. We believe that the most fundamental element that could bring about the end of democracy is electoral exploitation. Because elections are the fundamental structure upon which democracy is built.
